So I sent my Fastrider off to RWC and it arrived yesterday, what's the turnaround time for a new crown on average?

Don’t know if you had the call but the service centre has had to close for 14 days due to covid
Makes a change for a company to call and apologise rather than just send an email

Yes indeed I did, very nice man, very polite, but they also said that my parts would be replaced under warranty, so worth the wait.
