This tends to be the answer to most "Which watch..." questions -

It's tough as hell, supremely legible (I'm a blind cnut [ana.]), it let's me time things (I do all the cooking and dogwalking...), reminds me what actual day it is on the identical 300th day of house arrest, and is a total strapwhore - in this case a cheeky Chinese tribute to Di Modell and Rios' various notched-and-padded designs in a leather they don't offer.

Serica WWW WMB edition for a large portion on 2020. It has now been sold since I purchased the Smith's Navigator PRS-48 and the Timor Heritage field and the Lorier Falcon 2. These 3 are now the 3 watches in my collection. The Navigator and the Timor will probably share the most wrist time.

A hand-me-down Fitbit hasn’t left my wrist since March, and monitoring steps/floors has become a fixation for me.
I still open and look lovingly into my watch drawer but find no reason to wear them ahead of the tracker.

I’ve been the same for most of 2020. My resolution for 2021 is to wear my proper watches more and have the FitBit/Garmin when I’m exercising.

I’m in a similar place to many, afraid to say my Apple Watch. A proper watch bracelet now feels very strange to me, need to get back to actually wearing them.

Great range of looks from this watch - you can’t beat the GMT / Jubilee combo in the last picture!

A matter of perception probably, but when I wore my activity tracker, I saw it as an auxiliary device rather than watch replacement and just let it reside on the other wrist.

Well it started off being this one........

.....but since this one arrived it's been the one worn the most....

Started out with nothing. Still have most of it left.

Same for me. Real watch on left wrist, Garmin activity tracker on right. IMO the narrow activity trackers look different enough so it doesn’t look like you have 2 watches on, and the Garmin packs a lot of features, including gps.

I think I've replied to a few to these topics in the previous years and the answer is always the same, no matter what watches I've acquired during that year.

    It's always this one:

I think it was my speed master 1999 when I had it. Wore it all summer and autumn. Close second would be Casio g shock all metal

    Followed by......

Apple Watch - with lock down , have spent almost dials either running , cycling or playing golf. Apple Watch does a great job of fitness tracking .

  23. #73
Only one watch really, though I did dabble with others every now and then.
Bullet proof, and quite cheap to maintain once I had it serviced and had the SQ movement fitted.

These days I just buy a battery, pop the back off, replace battery and pop back on.

    The awesome aerospace...

And yes, the bezel has just been used, to time sausages in the oven

I think the Kermit won last year. Wore it for about 5 months, which must be a record for me.

It was grand seiko sbgh375 for me. You could get lost watching the seconds hand move.

An Apple Watch most probably. Weird as I didn’t like it the first time I bought one.

Been quite a while since you bought this - September 2018, correct?

Please could you advise what brand this is. Apologies I’m not familiar with it.

A few years ago I actually kept track of exactly which watches I wore each day for a whole year, but I couldn't even guess with any certainty which watch I wore the most in 2020.

I suspect my Sinn EZM3 and Arktis will be high on the list, though, as I just find them so easy to live with.

Most worn watch for 2020 was my CWC Diver. It's my work watch so it was also the most worn for 2019 and 2018 too.

Difficult call but probably this. The strap variety helps.

I more or less only wear my rhodium dialled DJ41 now. It’s ruined watches for me as it does everything and is all I need.

A gshock for when a DJ would conspicuous. Not sure what it is.

I think without a doubt it's this one as it's my running watch.

    In the Sotadic Zone, apparently.

Very droll. Actually, given my preference for beaten-up vintage watches it doesn't stretch the imagination much that it could be my only running watch.

The 2020 dress code meant not having to worry about shirt cuffs so the Ploprof was the daily wearer!

This since it arrived a couple of months ago. In that time it managed to accumulate more wrist time than anything else...

    Flipped between a 16800, 16550 and 16750.

The blue is gorgeous under the sun - I've seen a few videos by the "Urban Gentry" on youtube who's a big fan of these Squales, for good reason!
