They are the metal masters of the remastered recordings ... TTBOMK probably diamond cut onto lacquered aluminium discs
These are 'positive' cut masters from which master negatives (stampers) are made ... the 'stampers' are used to 'press' the actual 'positive' vinyl LPs
They play well but I've only played them a couple of times.
How and why they ended up in a Red Cross charity shop is a mystery ... discovered whilst looking through the shop's boxes of LPs
