I was going to bid on a blue dialled one on eBay. It sold for £1650, which was a good deal IMO.
Hello all.
Firstly I wish you all well and are keeping safe in these challenging times.
I have recently had two offers from friends on my Omega 2264.50. Full size, full set, super condition and on a Bond bracelet. I am unsure of the value as everything on Chrono24/Watchfinder starts with a 2, are these now this value? What would the infinite wisdom of TZ suggest as a fair value? I could do with raising some funds sadly.
I know it’s a quartz but after having some nice autos I love the accuracy and grab and go factor of this watch when worn in rotation with others.
Thanks in advance.
Kindest regards
Darren (Yumma)

Every one on Watchfinder last week was North of £2K, 2254s were North of £3K, mine cost me £895!
I've tracked the auto version of this watch on eBay a few times, none went over 2K on unreserved auctions, even with full set / recent service etc. So for quartz I doubt it will be north of £2k. If I had to throw in a bid it will be around the low - mid £1k range.
OP ask Watchfinder what they would buy it off you for.
Wow! I bought a 2254 in 2007 for 395! Sold it again in 2008 for 600. 🤦🏻*♂️🤦🏻*♂️
Looking at some sold in 2020 none close to the 2k mentioned, but it does seem they have started to increase in price, why that is Im not sure.
Ive had a few and they certainly are a great classic no doubt.......but 2k & more! Mmm really.

I would say around £1,750, there abouts. Perhaps higher for a really good and complete example so maybe £2k for yours.
All this generation of Seamaster have been steadily increasing in demand and price this past year or so, only exception perhaps being the 2538.20 which has surprisingly gone the other way.

I have a 2264, I think it’s one of the fairly late models as it has the omega globe on the case back. I have casually been offered £1.5k twice by separate collectors recently and those were both uninvited and first offers. I can’t imagine it being worth less than about £1,750 privately, as above.
