Nice piece the crown looks correct as it's a 3 pusher watch, looks to be a unusual rattrapante chronograph
You will need to get the back off as reference numbers will be inside . You should be able to do some research from there
Does anyone have any idea as the year/reference of this? After a while googling I couldn't find this model. Looks like an odd crown on it too. Any help appreciated (sorry, the pictures are all the info I have)

It is generally true that flat pushers like this (and that crown shape) fell out of favour in the late 1940s, as the pushers were almost impossible to make proof of anything, let alone water.
Round pushers predominated from then on (until people re-engineered ways of making more exotically shaped pushers in the more recent past.
