    Buy Tudor on-line

E-mail from Burrells this morning to say Tudor now available to purchase from their web site. Not sure whether other AD’s will follow suite but an interesting change in policy for the brand.

My reading of the email and the detail once you select a watch is that it is click and collect only.

Interesting - I would have thought they would have permission to do this.

Will Patek or Rolex post their watches out?

I think PP allowed online sales from the AD network due to Covid-19?

Patek - selected ADs were allowed to due to COVID-19.

    Rolex - No.

Tudor - No. It is in store purchase or click and collect.

Makes sense to just do click and collect. I’m not really a fan of the whole culture of returning things if you don’t fancy them in the flesh. Once you visit an AD and buy it there you are pretty much declaring satisfaction on leaving the store, so much less likely to have returns. Also if I was buying a watch for £xThousand I certainly wouldn’t want the chance that it had been posted to some other customer - worn in the house - sent back etc etc. no longer new

Click and collect, so really not much different to the norm. Suspect it's temporary.
