Quick Lume Question

Which is the stronger/ brighter lume, C1 or C3 ? I am looking at purchasing a dial for a mod and there are two choices. Any thoughts? Or is it not as simple as that.

C3 is the brightest by quite a lot but doesn't look as white under normal light as C1
