    More money than sense watch?

I think that’s possibly the worst watch I have seen. The F them on the dial is particularly classy.

I scrolled through the other stuff there...

Kick-stools, goldfish bowls, lipstick, Jerry cans, basketballs, microphones, plates, what the hell is this brand actually known for?? What's their thing? Just selling any old sh*te with their logo on it?

Fair enough. But given that everyone has a mobile, with 100% precision, aren’t all watches ‘more money than sense’? We just love them, regardless.

It's the Supreme branding. A lot of people are obsessed by it. I know someone whose Supreme collection ranges from an Louis Vuitton bag to a folding ladder.

I just hope that some of the buyers of this watch will move on to "proper" watches (slightly sarcastic)

Not quite .. not easy to check the time on a mobile while riding a bike for example. But I will admit that nearly all of mine fall into the More Money Than Sense category, even < £80 Casios.

No, I've seen far worse. I just don't want to think about them at the moment!

Clearly I am too old at 44 to get or understand this brand, and I’ve spent a career in marketing, brand and category strategy.

However it does explain the people around the pool in St Lucia last year who were wearing it. Very much the ‘look at me’ insta crowd / try hards.

They went way over RRP for a while.
Nuts. Its the old 90s Beckham 5 time zone with a supreme logo wanged on the dial.

Exactly it was the go to footballers watch of the 90's I would imagine the likes of Robbie Savage wearing one.

Yes Jacob & Co was very popular with footballers, I think even Messi did a collaboration with them with a watch that looked more like a g shock.

And as for supreme, I don’t understand how they’ve become so popular. Must be the Instagram crowd desperate for attention

That watches are not precisely the fantasy of watch design...

What a load of old tosh. Combining two crap overpriced, garish brands in one watch.

What comes to mind with Supreme is the YT footage of a huge security guard literally shoving a ‘lucky’ teen out of a pop-up shop. He then yells to the startled customer that he should ‘go, go, go!’ lest he get robbed by the scores of hopefuls who have yet to realise they have no chance being admitted.
    That is some customer experience

Its produced in very limited numbers, and usually to much higher quality than normal variants of the same thing. I know!! But thats what my 18 old sin tells me. It started with clothes and trainers.

I still think the logo looks like the own brand range from a discount supermarket .

Ripped off artist Barbara Kruger. Supreme has got a reputation for copyright infringement.

That thing looks ridiculous, I swear they had a red brick with the logo on (yes a normal brick) that sold out, and cost in excess of £200+

I recall a basic T-shirt being around £200? All of them ‘limited’ releases and sold out of course

Wow...reading more into that brand is quite an eye-opener. From intentionally poor customer services to selling rip off products like the brick. Its the youth equivalent of Reggie Perrin's Grot shop. Make something intentionally ludicrous and the idiots flock to buy it.
