Forgotten Password, don't receive reset email

Any tips as to what I am doing wrong?

I follow the steps, but just don't receive the reset password link.

Am now only logged in on my Mac, I only seem to get 1 login attempt before I have used up all my tries - all very frustrating.

I had the same issue. Eddie reset my password after I send a PM and emails. I think I sent too many emails so do be patient.

Now I dare not reset my password!

it is automated. But we never received a password reset after changing my email address. I don’t know if that applies to you?

Email has remained the same, so have just forgotten my password.

The Mac has 2 stored passwords, neither of which work for me & now tapatalk has had a wobble so cannot use that either.

Oh well, no rush, will wait for a dull conference call and pm Eddie for his help.

You say that you didn't receive the reset email. It might be worth having a look in the spam folder to see if it's been dumped there.

Try seeing if you saved the password on your Mac in Safari or Chrome. Might be easier.

have 2 passwords, one my user name, the other against my email address & neither seem to work.
