Surveyors or Structural Engineers in East London or South Essex?

I'm in need of a surveyor or structural engineer to advise on a potential subsidence issue. I'd be hugely grateful if anybody could recommend a friendly face in the East London / South Essex area.

I have held off for a while as I can only recommend a mid-Essex Surveyor, but in Lieu of other responses I will offer up a superb FRICS Surveyor; Tim Mathews of Tim Mathews Associates (TMA), Chelmsford. Best of luck.
