    Luminor aftermarket springbar Q?

Hello all, has anyone tried the 2.6mm diameter springbars that look like the Panerai screwbars for their Luminor?

Will they eventually damage the thread in the lug, are they really easier to change straps? (Nothing particularly difficult about the screwed bars)

Whilst ordering some more tubes & spare replacement screws from Cousins spotted the spring bars. I won't need extra tubes if I go down this route, I know.

Has anyone tried them & can share an opinion, please?

Nope, no problems they were shipped fast and aren't over the top price wise considering what others sell parts for.

I had them in a Panerai homage for a while. Quick and easy strap changes and no issues in the time I had the watch. I have a PAM005 now and would happily bung some of those lookalike springbars in if I had them but I've not got round to buying them yet.

I wouldn’t,in case you damage the threads ,they will obviously be great if you already have damage threads.
I can’t see it being much quicker to change the strap and probably more chance of scratching the lugs
