I had one from the US that had obviously been opened, checked and resealed.
I assume that they are required to perform a certain level of spotchecks just to make sure people aren't smuggling expensive watches undercover of a false declaration etc.
My latest incoming, a G. Gerlich Kosmonauta, arrived today from Poland and it was very obvious from the packaging that UK Custom had had a look inside.
Turned out that the seller has been very nice and stuck a sample pack of coffee in the box as an extra.
Thankfully they had been very gentle and nothing inside was affected.
I’ll post some images when I get the bracelet resized.

Might have been the sample of coffee interested customs.
I was under the impression coffee is used as a mask to put off sniffer dogs.
Anyway I hope the Polish Coffee was good
Anyway the watch in question

Roughly translates as ‘treasure’ or ‘precious’ (skarby) sun (słońca)). It’ll just be imported coffee but what a nice thought; typical Polish generosity. Enjoy :-)
Edit - just spotted ‘herbata’ at the top, which means tea. And the image looks like tea. So you might have a bag of tea there?
PS nice watch!

The seller was genuinely nice to deal with. We discussed the watch and then how things were doing in Poland during Covid among other things. The coffee was a nice bonus.
Columbus Coffee is a Polish coffeehouse franchise. That does look like a herbal infusion - intriguing.
Don't just do something, sit there. - TNH
So what was in the bag?!
Been a busy day so not got round to opening it yet.
Ok this is what was inside....
