what do you mean by unconventional - like timber frame or something that has been built without Planning Permission and/or building regs?
Sorry, another recommendation request.
Recommendations please of insurers who accept houses of unconventional construction.
Thanks

I had a hell of a time getting insurance for a rental property that was a BISF construction post war prefab. Only insurer/broker i could find at the time was Towergate
Rendered thermal block downstairs with an entirely wooden upstairs. It's not really that unconventional but we don't fit in any of the standard pigeonholes.
