I will be keeping an eye on this.
You may recall I brought to your attention about a year ago the revival of the famous French brand from the seventies Le Forban Sécurité Mer - brought back to life as a microbrand.

They have just lauched a new model - La Brestoise to join the La Malouine.
It has the same case as the previous model, with a slightly taller crown, a new caseback and a dial recreating the brand's first ever watch from 1969.

That is very nice indeed. Although I wonder why they opted for the Miyota 8215 rather than the 9015?

I always enjoy a good retro diver, and this certainly looks nice. The movement (non-hacking) is a bit of a turnoff though, and I always roll my eyes when watch companies cling to who or what used their watches 50 years ago.

Does it just come on the black strap?
just checked ebay, there is an original one for sale. Not sure how easy it would be to restore though.
