Outlook meeting invites - hide attendees?

    Hi all,

I'm trying to set up a calendar invitation for a large group of people, but as with emails out to lots of people, I don't want anyone to be able to 'Reply all' and bombard everyone with emails that are solely meant for me.

How do you go about doing this? I've definitely had calendar invites without seeing others invited on them before, but perhaps they originated outside of Outlook?

    Any guidance would be great.

    Hugh

    Hi

The only way I know of doing this is via outlook on the web not the client.

On the web there’s a button called Response Options. One of options is Hide Invitees.

I don’t understand why this was never ported across into the desktop client.

Yep, sounds similar to when you avoid out of offices when sending an email to a mass audience.
Will bare this in mind going forward - cheers.

This is an option for emails, but not for meetings, from what I can see?

That's absolutely perfect! Many thanks indeed.

Yes, the browser and the desktop client seem to share some, but not all features - a shame having to rely on using both for what appear to be quite simple things.

You've sorted it with the 'Hide Invitees' - thank you kindly
