Very cool. It's amazing how these things sell out before we've even seen they exist.
Oh my... this takes me back to my school days when we'd all compare how many (pointless) functions our watches had.
Obviously, already sold out

Omg absolutely love that! I think I might even have had an original, or a friend did. Even as a school kid in the 80’s I was a fledgling wis!
I never got into Timex digitals, but I do quite like that. Something of the G757 about it.
Yes, I rather like that as well. I wonder what Zook thinks.

Picked one up last week when they came back into stock, took me back to being a kid and it hasn't been off my wrist all week.

Absolutely love that I’d definitely have one if available!
I love all of these retro recreations as they remind me of my youth way back in the 1970’s !!
They didn't sell out. Their stock was pulled because the majority of them had a defect where the actual LCD screen was noticeably crooked. I personally bought two of them, and they both had the defect. Sent them back. Timex is well aware of the issue and it should (hopefully) be resolved with the next batch.
It's otherwise a cool watch, but their lack of quality control is disappointing.
I suspect some of the crooked ones will eventually pop up on the used market. Once you notice the defect, it ruins the watch.

I wonder how many of those sold got kept and are in the wild. was it so bad that it couldn’t be missed?

It was very noticeable. I saw it as soon as I opened the box. The large rectangular display makes it really stand out.
