Yes, please!
Great photo... but the minute hand looks way too long, and the hour hand way too short...
Didn’t know it was a copy-watch; I meant they just simply look wrongly proportioned (even on that vintage one posted above, to me at least).
The original was wrong too

Truly a looker. Make the hour hand slightly longer and this is a winner in my books

Being ex-RAF I am still struggling to tell-the-time and this looks like the perfect solution!
That is a fine looking watch Eddie.
Need to keep my Sundays clear for the foreseeable future.

Prefer the black dial but both are crackers! Good work.
The hands were long and
narrow. But the original dial proved to be
difficult to read under unfavourable light
conditions, so in 1952 the design was
changed “to improve clarity of
presentation” to the dial known today: the
luminous triangle at 12 o’clock replaced
the figure ‘12’ and a shorter, thicker, hour
hand was introduced.

It looks perfect. I hope this time I will not suffer an unexpected and infuriating Internet failure during the payment process, that prevented me from getting a PRS-25 last time. When the connection was back a mere few minutes later all the stock was gone.
The more I look at this watch the more convinced I am this this could be The One.
I just hope I can get one...
This is my favorite watch but the original as a vintage watch is just not as easy to wear for me for the fear of damaging it.
Beautifully proportioned - just like the original - is it 36mm?
Can't wait to hopefully order one. Any update on when the Navigator will be available?
Nice photo Eddie watch looks great, really looking forward to seeing the white dial.

When the PRS-29a and PRS-29b were first released, I couldn't decide which to have, so bought both together.
Much later, I decided that my beloved PRS-29a needed a back-up, sort of spare parts donor just in case and so it was. Quite recently I also added a PRS-29AM.
This afternoon, upon reading Eddie's email, I too brought out my Speedbird as if to remind me that I really do have Pilot's watches covered.
So come Sunday at 14:00 Hrs I will be out walking the beach at Formby.
They do look tempting though....maybe a morning walk instead.

Very Very nice; just have fingers crossed for succeeding in the mad scramble for one of these when they become available.
Lovely Eddie, simply lovely.
Gorgeous!
This Navigator looks like such a beautiful watch and SO UP MY STREET! I may not get one on the 8th, but I'll be sure to get one at some stage. What a beauty!
Can’t wait for this one! Any update on the release? Happy to see that hooked 7 too

Looks a stunner and the strap suits it really well, if it was 38mm or above I would have ordered one.

Difficult to tell from the photos but is the crystal more flush fitting/lower profile than on the current PRS-29a?
Well this is tempting me again....

Yep, like the look of that one.

Fantastic looking watch, Eddie. I will also be in the dogfight to get one of these when they come out!

That hooked 7 means that one is not a prototype and the watches are ready??
Looks nice.
On the IWC, the 5 minute markers look thicker/more pronounced , which seems to add to visual effect.

I know what you mean, it makes it look distinct with the two different line weights

Great stuff Eddie, looks great.
Roll on another Sunday scramble.

First watch in a long time that might make me hoover over the “buy now” button when Eddie decides to open up.
Got a new watch, divers watch it is, had to drown the bastard to get it!
I struggle to tell the time too, so I can't wait to use this how it was meant to be used. Just have to decide on which dial, now!
Definitely interested in this one too...black dial.
