High value watch postage - what’s the current best bet?

Need to get a YM from Manchester to Cambridge and I do t fancy a 7 hour round trip.

What’s the best current solution if I don’t have a Parcel Pro account and they’re not signing up new non-commercial customers anymore?

Member Arcam and myself would be most grateful for any tips or links to recent threads (which I didn’t find)

RMSD with Secursus insurance is popular around these parts.

Secursus is apparently a good option, not low cost but then not many insurers are.

I think a few use it and it sounds cheaper, but I have seen others post that communications weren't easy - not sure if that was just a time difference or a problem.

I guess one won’t find out how good these companies are until it’s claim time. Hmmmmm

You could try Mail Boxes Etc, probably not the cheapest but very convenient to use.

I’ve used them several times recently and the cost has always been very good. Compared to secursus on the last one, which was more expensive.
I’ve had a few issues with paying my invoices (won’t accept CC details for whatever reason), but they’ve sorted that out for me.

Seconded. Used Secursus to cover a £4.5k UPS shipment to the Netherlands for peace of mind. Didn’t need to claim but the safety blanket made the sale less stressful for me - and the buyer.

Used Parcel Pro before but recently their comms are poor, so two mins to register at Secursus job done. Just did one costing EUR18 for worldwide EUR3000 cover, cheap imo.
