    Tudor Collection Only?

    Afternoon all!

Currently looking to pick up a blue dial Black Bay 32 but aside from only a few stockists they are all store collection only?

Is this some Rolex/ Tudor nonsense?

It's not really a deal breaker, more of an inconvenience and I suppose a discount is out of the question seeing as you can't get them... 

    Just curious.

    Thanks

Yep. Probably to separate them from the trashy watches you can have delivered or some nonsense like that.

Must be the AD’s own rules as I’ve known of two Tudor’s posted in the last few months. Rolex I believe are collection only, though I’ve never asked.

    Must be.

The only Tudor AD near me is “store only”.

I know Pragnells are the same - they won’t post

I think the distance selling regulations put dealers off shipping some watches.

Never realised such regs existed, everyday is a school day.

Looks like I'll have to stop making excuses and get to the shops at some point!

    Thanks all

    From ADs or grey market?

I've always seen Tudor as collection only online. Would be interested in a point towards any ADs offering delivery. Cheers.

I was advised collection only though a compromise was an AD far away delivering to a nearby group branch (that doesn’t sell Tudor) for in-store pick up.

From time to time I keep looking at the ceramic fastrider. Just good to know delivery is a possibility in these bonkers times.

Just seen this - from an AD. It was back in lockdown so maybe May or June. AD had dealt with me for years, so I emailed them and they replied saying they would post it the next day. Rolex however has to be collected.

Now London and much of the SE is T4, Tudors position is flexible with many AD’s. Goldsmiths is the first that comes to mind
Rolex on the other hand will be as movable as the Gibraltar Rock
