    My sled 'best' was 170kg on an actual sled with runners and a 'mat' which nearly killed me. 500kg on scaffolding and concrete is insane.

    I have no idea about these types of exercise but one thing that struck me was he always used the same leg to push off, I would've thought it better to alternate?

    Unless there's another reason I've missed?

    For the past couple of weeks I seemed to have got "Grizzly" in my suggestions for YouTube. He does many unconventional lifts with odd form, but there's no doubt he's very strong, especially in the deltoids and traps area.
