Iirc you still use rmsd but buy additional insurance from elsewhere?
Sorry! I know this has been done a million times, I've search but can't find the answer.....
I know there's a service to post watches with value over the £2.5k(?) RMSD limit but what is it?
My Harrods Tudor is stuck with a mate in London and I'm in the Leeds lockdown so it's going to be a while before I can come down to London. The postage would also be cheaper than the train fair!
Thanks!

UPS? It'll cost about 50 quid but will be covered and get to you quickly.
Also, how long were you waiting?
I use UPS or DHL super easy
I was waiting 18 months but that's because of a mistake on the list and then getting allocated one in March on the weekend of lockdown. It's been almost 2 years not so eager to get hold of it.
RMSD + Secursus

I used Royal Mail Special and was all ok..
you are right there. Search “insurance”
Check t&c of shippers it may hold nasty surprises - UPS I’m looking at you. https://www.ups.com/gb/en/help-cente...ted-items.page
if you want to ship a watch RMSD is safe and secure - but it won’t be insured if it’s over £2500
