Spring bars for Grand Seiko SBGJ003

    Hello GS fans,

Does anybody know where I can get a set of OEM springbars for my sbgj003? I keep buying form ebay but they all turn out to be rather thick and can't for in the bracekes holes.

    Some advice is greatly appreciated.

    Regards

If you are London based, why not pop along to the Knightsbridge boutique? they've given me springs bars in the past for the same watch.

This. The Boutique are extremely helpful - they supplied me with some of the microscopic bracelet screws for my GS, and I expect that they would be more than happy to help with your spring bars.

So I have found a thread that provides the information I need.

So I have purchased a couple of sizes on Amazon from a good brand. Let's see what fits best, 0.15mm or 0.18mm.

    Thanks all for your help.

I popped into the Knightsbridge Boutique and they were extremely helpful. One of mine was broken, the ones from eBay weren’t quite the right size. They didn’t have any, ordered some in, kept hold of my watch and posted it to me fitted. Even included a sake glass. All for free even though I hadn’t bought the watch in there and refused any payment even though I offered.

They make some brands look p155 poor in terms of customer service.

I hope you haven’t ordered 0.15 and 0.18 diameter spring bars, I thing they would bend and deform very easily. I’m guessing it’s a typo and you are getting 1.5mm and 1.8mm
