    Seems like a reasonable ruling

Already affected Artisans de Geneve who now only modify watches for single clients, no additional stock held.

I imagine it’ll burst Bamford etc’s business models too.

So instead of just being able to buy a horrific monstrosity from Artisans de Genève, I'll now have to send them one of my own Daytonas to vandalise?

    Damn.

I think youve had to send in your own watch (or a purchased for the purpose one) for a while.
Personally, I really like some of the ADG offerings, particularly the tropical/shades of blue/Brooklyn challenges. In the metal they're ace.

Yeah, not sure where the hate comes from. I really like ADG’s work. Not all designs are to my taste but I appreciate how they’re able to change things up and still make a coherent product.

I agree. There's a big difference between customising something for its owner and selling modified products under the trade mark of the manufacturer of the original product.

The arrogance of Rolex IP lawyers never ceases to amaze.
