    Ouch

This breva has been listed with The Limited Edition for some time at £127,000 (inc VAT): https://www.thelimitededition.co.uk/...01-white-gold/

It sold on Tuesday at Bonhams for £10,062 including premium: https://www.bonhams.com/auctions/259...gth=145&page=1

Note the edition numbering (each being 14/50 and serial 770068, i.e. the same watch).

    What's going on here then...

Bizarre that there seems to have been no reserve.

Perhaps it was being sold on a commission basis and owner decided he’d waited long enough so put it in the auction.

Sounds dodgy, but i think 10k is probably what it is worth.....

Nifty watch, but not a looker in my book!

The service cost is probably more than the cost of the watch.

IF you can get a service..... the “danger” I feel in my mind with very specialist independently made watches are that some years down the line, you won’t be able to service them.... maybe I am paranoid.

You are not paranoid. Before buying, always find "a man" that can work on them... separate from the maker.
