    De Haviland Museum

    Been meaning to visit this little museum https://www.dehavillandmuseum.co.uk/ for years, but went yesterday. Quaint collection but have recently constructed a new hangar to keep some indoors.
    Well worth a look if in the area, (Northern tip of the M25 )

    ​They have 3 Mosquitoes, one is the original prototype, I was informed.

    I took the kids there , literally live a few minutes down the road from there . Planes are great . One thing that stood out to me was how twisted an engine was from a crashed plane . Crumpled and twisted like paper - solid chunk of metal .
