Recent birthday present - watch book

Im sure as watch type people we all occasionally get watch related gifts at birthdays and Christmas, most a well meaning but fall short of being useful, I was pleasantly surprised with one I got recently, its fascinating, the difference with this book is it tells the watch journeys of the contributors, sometimes its high end but occasionally the mundane and 'normal', its less about the watch but the sentiment behind them, so it ranges from Swatches to MilSubs, quite a refreshing change to the usual 'watch porn', although there is plenty of that too.
    Just thought I would share.

    Cheers..

Brilliant book Jase. I got a copy for fathers day last year and was so pleased with it I bought a couple of extra copies to give away as raffle prizes and stuff. It isnt much money either, this should be on every WIS coffee table mate.

It seems to be all about the place at the moment. I saw Chronext are giving it away with every pre-owned watch purchase.

Nice book. Beautiful pictures. Stories a little weak or short or superficial... got it as a birthday present. Good for our beloved not so obsessed by watches as we are. Placed in the living room. For me not deep diving enough. I like it’s not just expensive watches stories. Love the blue Tudor Submariner in page 175... cheers

Out early next month.. it's on my birthday list. He also produces a magazine called WM Brown Project which is expensive but a good read.. He's worth a follow on Instagram too https://www.instagram.com/wmbrownproject/?hl=en
