I’ve noticed more grey, too, but attributed that to spending more time at home with my wife rather than lockdown itself
I've been starting to go a bit grey at the sides for the past two or three years, but in the last 6 months I've got considerably more grey hairs all over my head - seems to have significantly accelerated since I've been working from home.
My fingernails appear to require trimming more frequently, too.
Anyone else noticed anything similar ?

Grey pwabs are pretty bad, but not as soul-destroying as the albino eyebrow hairs! Damn this aging
More grey eye-brows. Mrs commented on them this morning. great start to the day.
I certainly think my nails are growing faster these days, no idea why!
I'm sure stress and looking older are correlated.
I guess it could be lockdown related, but I think you just get a point where it accelerates.
That was my experience a few years ago.

^^^^ This.
It's like a rollercoaster, starts at snail's pace and then before you know it, it's almost in free fall.
Started going grey around 40ish, mainly round the temples, which pretty rapidly spread. Nearly 10 years later, I have more grey than black hair. That wasn't unexpected tbh, as my dad went all grey by the time he was 45.

44...started going grey at 28! Still got some dark hair though. Unfortunately the nether regions and chest were impacted a couple of years ago....soul destroying! Now the odd one in my beard :(. Fortunately, my eyebrows have stood firm...if they concede defeat, I will truly give up and start eating Werther's Originals!

I started going grey about 13 years ago after our first child was born. In about 3 years I was completely silver/grey but at least it's all still there.
I always think it didn't do Paul Newman any harm. Keeps me happy anyway. As for ear hair … WTF is that all about?
Grey hair? I’d be happy with more of any colour lol
What is this hair of which you speak?

I was surprised to notice that my old mans’s eyebrows are still very dark, but then I’m sure he still had mostly dark hair in his 60’s.
It's just a matter of time...
I’ve noticed 2 hair related things since lockdown - number 1, my hair and beard does indeed seem to have accelerated in going grey, and number 2 - since joining my old school Facebook group, I realise I’m very lucky to still have all my hair, whatever the colour, in my 5th decade - and I have no plans to dye it, in case I look like Paul McCartney!
I think the finger nails growing could be more time in the sun? I'm on the patio for half the day working from home or in the back room with a south facing garden and mine are growing much faster than usual. A lot more sunshine compared to the office.
I love my grey hair…. I’m more salt than pepper now and have long luxuriant barnet with a lovely white beard…. I am not that ancient (47) but I am digging the distinguished look…. People take me more seriously even though I lark about like I am still twelve!
Edit - don’t dye your hair - my cousin did and you can tell a mile off - it looks sh@t !!!

I'm 44 but started going grey in my early 20's. Only on my head though, nowhere else. Still got a full head of hair (more grey than black now) but starting to thin a bit on top, have never died it and never will😁
I guess I'm lucky to still have a mop in my mid 50s as thick as when I was a teenager, and I've also been (jokingly) accused of dying it too*. So I'm embracing the grey that has started to take hold in the last year or two.
*I'm no Tom Cruise, and weight/other issues more than offset the benefit!
Not sure what's with my big toe nails getting much thicker though - even had to buy some sturdier commercial clippers!
