It has a price tag of over £4000, a bit steep considering it has the same tech as my Sportura which cost just over £500.
But I do like it

I personally prefer the Sportura and its price .
So do i and it dosen't have the date at 4.30 which spoils it for me.
Nicest Astron so far except for the white case.

Terrible press photos, putting an off-white background behind a white cased watch is beyond stupid.
In my opinion, seems like seiko have missed the mark here, in price and styling.

Tinkered with the levels to make the case shape more obvious - it does make more sense when you can see it, to me anyway.
I quite like that. The dial anyway. The pushers look like some kind of plumbing overkill and the white ceramic makes me think of ancient electrical fittings. Good on them for trying something different though.
That’s a very odd case isn’t it. White ceramic would be cool if they hadn’t made it so bulbous and strange looking

I bet somewhere in the marketing blurb it will say the bezel “ floats” in its white surround, which in certain light disappears........... I like the quirky Honda E styling I saw it in the Flesh last year. I dont like the Astron.
I’m not sure it is, some people actually like marmite.
