    Tudor decision.

Popped into an AD today to look at the Black Bays.
Blimey, lovely, they offered me more than I thought for my Aqua Terra too,

    Decisions decisions

The perfect watch would be the Black Bay 41mm with the gold numeral bezel the BB58

I agree on the 58 it’s probably the only Tudor I would buy along with maybe the Harrods.

Very different to your AT if they offered close to your asking price on SC I’d take the trade.
ATs havent been hugely popular on SC of late although yours is in perfect condition.

Black 41 for me although I prefer the blue out of all the BB versions.
The 58 does nothing for me (I am probably the only person though).
It’s a nice problem to have!

What makes you prefer the 41mm over the 58?

There can be only one, but go with the herd and fawn over the lady-sized 58 if you must.

Black bay in red is a future classic, pick the 58 over the others if you want something that looks a bit more classy

It wasn’t close enough they offered £2k

All great watches, probably the 58 for me but by a Gnats. Pelagos worth a look too.

I prefer the size and the heft of it. Colour wise between the blacks I prefer the gold numerals of the 58.
I have a Tudor Submariner 79190 so I guess the 58 is closest in size.

I think first and foremost, I’d rate fit over colour way. So if you like the 41, that’s the end of the discussion about the 58.

You should really try on both sizes and see what sits better on the wrist first. Then decide on colour way

Great looking watches! Not a bad conundrum to have.

For me the 58 is the perfect watch, but I agree with others who have said fit should come first, especially when the watches look so similar. If you like the 58, the Heritage is stylistically not far off at all (other then the gilding on the bezel). And I have to say that red looks smashing on you.

Whatever you decide, the Black Bay is a cracking watch!

Didn’t think AD’s did part exchanges. Nice to know. BB 58 all day long.

    Lovely looking watches.
If only they did the 58 in 41mm. As it is it's just too small for me. Even my girlfriend seemed to agree. She once tried on the 58 and asked the assistant if she could try on the mens version.

Black Bay 41mm either black or red with gold numerals on the bezel would be perfect

58 seems to have got it right in matching the bezel numeral colour to the indices, but not sure about the size

Yes that would be a good option.

All stunning but for me the Black Bay with the red bezel looks lovely, the BB58 would be too small for me

    Tudor decision.

Well, I looked at a grey & a black Heritage Chrono today.
Bearing in mind I already have a Tudor Sub & a Rolex Sub the grey Heritage Chrono seems to have taken it.
All I need now is to sell one to buy one.

Agree. If you have an AD giving you £2k part exchange against a Tudor ( retailing £3k?) that is a no-brainer. Not sure which AT you have but they are not exactly flying off the Omega shelves and to get £2k or close from an AD is pretty much a miracle.
