Government auction of luxury and designer criminal assets at Wilson's. Incl a 2017 Rolls-Royce Wraith, some gold bars and more Patek Philippes, Rolexes, four figure handbags and fast Audis than you can shake a stick at.

Is a loose Nautilus really worth £60k?

They tend to have very optimistic pricing - I’m not sure what the end pricing is, but auctions are rarely the great value people perceive them to be - of course there are the odd exceptions.
It's just a matter of time...
The pricing is criminal that's for sure!
This is literally about 5 miles from my home and I have attended a few of these. People get carried away at this auction and often many items sell above what it would cost new in the shops.
I’ve never ever thought that someone is walking away with a bargain, I’d say things find there market value. However, you do get the chance to view and inspect the items.
Right, that’s it, I’m turning to a life of crime!
Gold bars just wow ....sad to think what might be in them...victims wedding rings etc.
At least its good to know even top criminal thugs submitt to nagging other halves demanding more bags....
By my estimation those bars at a total c. 16.5 kg are worth c. £800,000.

Out of interest are these auctions usually well attended? I assume they are and items reach values expected? E.g. cars won’t be much cheaper than an equivalent in auto trader?
Those gold bars are 100% garage melted stolen jewelry etc.
Its weird on the gold bars , you would think the government would just seize them , sell them on the open market , smelt them or something.
I suspect my stolen gold Audemars Piguet Royal Oak was melted down and ended up in one of those ingots...
:-(
The government are in an award position when it comes to selling assets. If they themselves conduct the sale, they will inevitably be accused of failing to get the best price. Just remember the number of loud mouthed know it alls on the internet and self serving politicians etc all eager to score points.
Therefore the easy way out is to employ a professional seller and then there is less chance of being criticised.
I think the value of the brand name would outway it’s melt value, so will possibly be used as collateral for loans or deals until it pops up on the used market - I saw the footage you posted on Instagram, very glad you were able to walk away unharmed!
