Even if you did manage it, all that would happen is they wouldn’t show it to you again, we tested this at work, Facebook don’t give a toss
This evening whilst flipping through Facebook an advert came up in my feed for an amazing super zoom monocular.
Straightaway I knew I’d seen the footage of their video before when I was looking at a Nixon P1000 bridge camera. The crafty bastards have used the footage as their own. Link here......https://www.facebook.com/10393651801...3610026380855/ and YouTube link here.....https://youtu.be/LhQlwKX3LQA
Obviously a scam and something not right however I’m completely unable to report the issue to FB correctly and tell them why I’ve reported it.
Ive had the reply come back from them that they’ve looked at the ad and it doesn’t breach any rules but showed me how to block the content.
Theyre leaving users open totally to scams and don’t seem too bothered about it. If it wasn’t for my business being on FB I’d have binned it years ago.

With 2.7 Billion users (on average) per month how on earth do you think they can grip anything?
It is a consequence of you using it - block the adverts.
Or, close your account.
When you look long into an abyss, the abyss looks long into you.........
Sorry pal, dream on.
If 0.0001% of people complain then it's around 270,000 complaints per day just about adverts. Add all the other cr@p that they deal with - HTF are they going to police that?
The volume, numbers and nonsense is mind boggling!.
If your business relies on FB then I would be worried - they are only about themselves.

My business doesn’t rely on FB however we use it like most people do.
However back to your original point of number of users...I don’t agree.
If it has xxxx number of users it should have xxxx number of people to cope with the amount of Issues they cause. Simply ignoring it and placing people in the hands of scammers is simply wrong.
They should be responsible for the content they are sticking down people’s throats especially with unsolicited adverts

It’s all software not people, all there employees do is find other ways of making money
Guys, how can I report a Facebook scammer? I've already clicked under the cover photo and selected Report Profile. This did not help me and Facebook support did not respond to me in any way. What should I do? I want to report this account because this person stole the graphic design templates I bought. He hacked my account and stole these designs. I have proof of this but I don't want to explain all the details here, so I just hope for your help. I am very worried about this because I have spent a lot of time and effort to choose exactly these templates that are perfect for my website.

There’s a Facebook group called “PayPal supports criminals”. Sadly the fact that it only has around 150 members probably says it all.
Dial 101 and ask to be put through the Facebook Police.
Or key in option 747489666933676# on the keypad on connection (It's the option after 'Regicide' on the choice of crimes to report).
Sheesh.
It's Facebook. Expect nothing. Use with caution.
On any ad or post there are three little dots ... Click on that and there are various options to report spam/violence/racism/child abuse etc
That's all you've got really.
In my mind’s eye I picture a giant virtual waste paper bin into which all those reports go.
Certain terms of abuse or disparagement will guarantee a slap on the wrist from the Facebook moderator-bots. Only certain ones though, while others slip through unhindered.
But where paying advertisers are concerned, even if it’s an out and out scammer, business comes first.
