For me: single pass and cut off the leftover strapend.

Certainly an improvement in fit/look for me, I definitely prefer this to the regular way
Still not convinced it's the right strap for my GMT but definitely better for now....still searching

Well the inevitable happened having found this thread, I've now ordered a selection of single pass straps (from Cheapestnatos) to compliment my Tudor GMT

Who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks? Tried this out on my SMP today, and have to say for me it improves the nato wearing experience 100%
The watch now sits down flush on the wrist, and has lost the top heaviness i always got when wearing a nato in the "standard" way. Also feels much more secure and firm on the wrist - the initial pass through the under loop (is that the term?) effectively locks the strap in place before the tang secures it all.

    Well done LTF for posting!

Totally agree with Skip, first time worn like this for me. Definitely like it with the metalwork at the back out the way.

Each to their own but that looks to be a bit of a faff to put on for me.
I will stick with the traditional method of wearing a NATO.
I remember getting my first NATO strap as a teen in the 90s. I have never looked back. Virtually every watch I own is on one. They are by far the most comfortable strap for me.
The blue Omega NATO matches that Seamaster perfectly. It looks great.

Inspired by this thread, I placed an order for several single pass straps to try with my Tudor GMT.
I like the fact no messing with springbars is required to change my them.
You may notice a lack of variety in colour scheme but each different in their own way. Which will be the winner....?

What’s the blue one on the far right? I like the texture!

That one is the 'Black' sheep among them, it's a 'Jubilée Single Pass Strap Black' and was only $4!
I think it suits pretty well

I would be interested to know where each of them were purchased or what brand they are?

I also tried doing it with a belt, but it was a waist of time.

All of these were purchased having seen a link elsewhere on TZ, from here (and all delivered for less than £41)
    Left to right they are

I can't vouch for quality as I have yet to try them all, I currently have the Paratrooper on, which appears to be a decent alternative to the Erikas Original I previously had
As I mentioned before I love the beauty of being able to swap easily without messing with the spring bars.

Tagged this on holidays and just tried it. Have cut straps in the past so felt the need to try. Quite like it, depends on the watch also which style is better but at least this keeps both option and doesn’t destroy the strap.

It’s indeed lower on the wrist and all hardware under the wrist. Nice!

Also like the fact that it could still withstand one springbar failing as it still loops under the case (as opposed to two piece straps.

I believe it's the Mirage III.

Doesn't seem to be according to Google. They all have Sinn-style lugs & hands. I managed to find a Mirage II with the same lugs, but still with Sinn-style hands.

So what is the gold watch?????
And could the average TZ member live with that end link / case interface?

I guess I don't know. When I bought it several years ago I don't remember there being a model name...I just did some Googling on my own a few years back.
