We have a decent amount of Stihl equipment at home, and I've found their pressure washers to be very good. They seem to be getting more into home/garden products these days. 3 year warranty on pressure washers if I recall.
Going into my seventh year with my Kranzle K7. It’s absolutely bulletproof. I’d have another one in a heart beat, but doubt I’ll need a replacement any time soon!

We re-landscaped our garden last summer. White porcelain patio looks great in the sun but mucky after the winter. After taking advice here etc picked up a Nilfisk E 145.4 with accessories
Just given it a quick blast with the patio cleaner brush and then gentle spray. Very pleased with results. See pics
As part of the landscaping we had slot drain installed. The metal grids are cemented in. Full of a winters load of leaves and just not draining. So can the TZ collective advise on how to clear those drains
Before cleaning
After
Drains

THe patio looks really good after the clean up
As far as the grates go I'm surprised that they are cemented in I have the same one and although really hard to lift thay can be moved
The only other option that I can think of is a leaf blower on suction mode It might not clear all of the leaves but it should help with the drainage. I have a |Flymo one that has
this option and it's pretty powerful
Hope this helps
John
Thanks John - will message the contractor and see if the drains are meant to lift …… if not then maybe another gadget required !

He was out till 4am and has decided the couch is his domain today
Anyway very happy with the Nilfisk and decision last year on the porcelain tiles which are much easier to clean than our old patio. Furniture being delivered end of the month.

Good job
I jet-washed the decking a couple of weeks ago and at the time I couldn't tell if it was making any difference, what with it being wet and everything, but the next morning it came up good.
I must have got distracted though and missed about a 1/4 of one of the planks and now it taunts me every time I look out of the bathroom window. I haven't been arsed to get all the kit out and finish it off.
At the moment I have a Karcher jet washer and am looking at approximately 50m sq of polished Indian sandstone which could do with a post winter clean.
Karcher seem to do a variety of patio washers all of which look pretty similar and I’m assuming you can also buy a generic washer with Karcher fitment.
I’d prefer not to spend a fortune of a washer which will be used twice a year at most likewise, I’d rather not waste money on one which is useless.
Any recommendations please?
You don't need a pressure washer to clean crap off your patio, get yourself some of this and its game over for winter/autumn foliage and moss stains.

My Nilfisk is also still going strong!
Do Miele do pressure washers???
