Strongly believe it to be a fake.
The photos are rubbish, but certainly no Patek Philippe that I have seen has ever had writing on the casebook like that.
Thought this was an interesting listing, unsure whether it’s real / fake but at current pricing, could be worth a punt for somebody...

Ah, the old: “I have no knowledge of this watch all i can tell you is that its movement winding, it came from my late fathers house who collected a complete assortment of vintage/antiques of all kinds”
He's got an interesting lot of vintage 'swatch' watches https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Vintage-S...e/283968510934
Someone contact him & tell him to at least get one photo in focus
Looks like a cleverly worded listing: 'Vintage Patek Philippe Watch Face' indicates to me (at least) that the seller is only indicating that the dial may be authentic & the rest of the watch could be something else.
______
Jim.
He is only selling the watch face. When Patek starts putting “3ATM Water Resist” on their case backs - a “Stainless Steel” no less - I’m leaving.
Utter junk. eBay is unfortunately littered with these scams. My favourite is the watch 'job lots' which invariably have a dozen unknowns and then hidden-but-actually-really-obvious in the back will be a Rolex clasp poking out or something like that.
Some fly by night trying his luck. Utter rubbish.
Screams fake to me.

I'd stay away!
I’ve never had the balls to bid on a watch on eBay - too risky for me and this one smells fishy.
Looks like early 90s Turkish market crap to me
