Rolex and Omega reported stolen in Birmingham area

From the VRF Facebook Group, some time ago :

    Rolex Submariner 16613 - N311781
    Rolex GMT-Master II 16710 - Y244685
Some daft Omega chronograph with buttons big enough for a duck to use the stopwatch - 78541570

So someone buys this from ebay or Gumtree etc and sends it off to Rolex for a service, do they seize it?

    Yes.

People who have failed to get on in life as well as they hoped will now rush to their tear-stained keyboards to tell us that "they don't have the power to seize them," but the answer is still "yes."
