    New incoming (motorcycle content)

After passing my bike test in 2007, I've had a few bikes.

Starting out on a Honda Hornet 600 for a couple of years. Loved that bike.

After that I moved on and picked up a Honda VTR 1000 SP2

Decided that it was too nice to use on track, so added an SP1

Then also picked up a supermoto (which was awesome fun) Beta 450RR

And last to be added was an SH300i as I didn't want to use the others for commuting (especially as others parking up in London, mostly scooters, have zero respect for others bikes. Seriously, I've seen them just ram bikes into spaces, shove other bikes over to squeeze in their clearly unloved pieces of crap).

Then I met my fiancee, sold up and moved to the Netherlands.

That was 4 years or so ago, and I've wanted another bike since moving.

Finally went to look at some at the weekend.
Originally I'd gone to the dealer to look at an MV Agusta F3 800, a few things put me off that one, tyres were squared off, and didn't look as special as I thought an F3 would be.
Also saw a Ducati Panigale, 1198 and a few others, but none really felt special.

At the end of one of the rows I spotted something else, took a bit more than I would have liked out of savings.....being delivered next week and I really am looking forward to it.

    So here's a pic I took at the dealer;

    MV Agusta F4 1000.

That VTR must have been some bike. The MV looks amazing, and just in time for summer... almost!

Wow what a Beauty. Always lusted after the earlier F4's but I don't think my back would stand an Italian mistress like that. (or my ageing reflexes!)

Hope it's as good as it looks for you.

Not jealous at all.....no not a bit.........oh no not at all..........hmmmmmm
Started out with nothing. Still have most of it left.

    Nice!
Thinking of adding an MV to the garage but can’t fit sportsbikes these days so a Brutale 1090rr might do me nicely
Love the “America” paint jobs on some of the new ones...

Have to say I miss the VTRs, really felt special to ride, a bit heavy when setting off, but once moving it didn't feel it. Always felt planted too.

Also saw a brutale dragster, that looked lovely too, maybe down the line....

Very nice, and a little bit different to everyday bikes too 👍🏻
It's just a matter of time...
