Looks like a Speedy reduced triple date 3520.50
So cutting a long story short, my mate has been offered a bargain Daytona, so wants to offload his speedy.
Always wanted one but there seem to be 100 models and prices between 800 and 30,000, so what's this model, we believe 1999, but what variant.

There's a fairly complete summary of the reference here - https://www.watchuseek.com/threads/o...eview.4795747/
Thanks very much, any idea what I should be paying with B&P and a recent service?
Chrono24 suggests 1600-1900 dependent on condition.
There's one on SC at the moment. It's a 2007 model, ref. 3220.50.00.

Recent service has to push the price up.
These are a very wearable size if you find the 42mm versions too big. I own a similar (rare) bimetal one that doesn’t have the day/ date complication. Size is around 39mm.
The Valjoux 7750- based movement is robust, and capable of excellent timekeeping. Omega used adifferent rotor and bearing ( god knows why) that makes service/ parts availability a potential problem, never store one on a watch- winder!
One small drawback is the bracelet, the lugs are 18mm wide and to my eye the bracelet looks a bit thin, 19mm would’ve worked better.
My mate is saying £1500 mate's rates, quick sale.
Seems good then guys?
Need some more pics and paperwork.
Contrary to the previous suggestion, I certainly wouldn't be using Chrono24 advertised prices to judge a private sale. They are ridiculously inflated and a watch is not worth an advertised value but what it was actually sold for.
To me, it's not really worth £1500 when compared to this Speedmaster Reduced which went for £1150 on the forum, but maybe that's because I prefer the reduced as a model.

As unsold prices on Chrono24 and eBay are totally unsuitable for gauging the worth of watches, best way to gauge this is checking eBay completed listings. A quick check shows an example without box/papers went for £1200 whereas a pristine example just serviced by Omega and under warranty until 2022 went for "best offer accepted" under a list price of £1995:

This listing makes £1500 not look that attractive to me.

I sold mine for £1600 through SC.
It was a 2007 model in very good condition, no service since it was bought which reduces what you can ask for it but if I had paid £400 for a service, it becomes a £2K watch.

Sounds like £1,500 for a watch with box, papers and a recent service is a cracking deal.
That's great, thanks guys, I am happy at £1500 with all the bits
