Not me, as yet. Think I was order 205. The initial problems with the site order system mean I guess those of us who ordered this one are near the end of the queue.

Sadly yes. No notification here yet either.

Had mine for a week and used as daily wear. It has gained one second over that time. Remarkable

Love the look of this. Anyone know where I might get an 18mm waffle strap?

It looks really good, even if I still slightly think that the Smiths brand on a Seiko homage feels a little odd.
One detail I missed on the specification of this was a fully-lumed bezel, which looks great, and from the section drawing it looks like a sapphire one? Is it?

LOL Too much excitement for me nowadays on a Sunday! I'd told myself if I didn't get one I'd buy an Airman 36 - just as well I had one more try before I did!!

System seems to be working fine now.

I haven't felt an adrenaline rush like this buying something online before! Even getting concert tickets pales into insignificance.

Any idea of price etc or do we just wait till it’s on the site ready to buy?

Yup, price revealed today. Given I'd anticipated a shade over £400, I'm definitely having one.

That is an amazing price! Just hope I can manage to grab one when the shop opens.

Prices for all the new models are amazing for the quality they’ll deliver.

    Getting A Bit Worried

I ordered successfully on Sunday & got the 2 email's 1 from Sage Pay & 1 from Timefactors confirming my order & the money was taken.
Today I was just looking at my bank account & it looked like I had more money than I should have so after looking through my payment the one for Timefactors has disappeared.
Is this normal? I mean is it released by Sage Pay after so long then taken again when shipped.
I know I have had that happen with Amazon so I was just wondering if it's normal for Timefactors.

It's likely that the money wasn't actually taken out of the account, but put on hold until the seller is ready to deliver.

It Probably is that but I just found it a bit strange because it actually was shown as taken.
It looked something like 2/08/2020 Balance £1000.00 available 656.00 & the Watch payment showing as pending but today nothing pending & balance back to £1000.00
those aren't exact figures but you get the gist. Like I said I have had it happen on Amazon when something is not in stock but I was just asking if this is the norn for Timefactors.

I mean my order is in & accepted & the money is available to be taken I just found it a bit strange.

    Tried a few different straps...

    "Bond" Zulu:

    NATO:

Silicone with red stitching, which picks up the red on the second hand. Think this is my favourite...

But as I understood it - rather than the shop Open and then close as soon as a certain number of watches were sold ( thus allowing it to open every 2-weeks) the shop was going to be open for 30 minutes - and therefore the variable becomes the period when it next is open; rather than how long it remains open for on that day.

I think the 30 minute option is better - as that gives you time to browse - and add more items - rather than face the uncertainty of now knowing when the shop was going to close - so you only add 1 item and try and check-out quick before it closes on you.

This new method of it opens at 2pm and closes at 2:30pm avoids 'the scrum' and is much more preferable IMHO.
