Why would they admit their mistake and not correct it? I would have thought they would refinish the bracelet and include the gifts for not servicing it correctly, not instead of correcting it. Can the bracelet not take a polish now?
So what were the 'gifts'?
Started out with nothing. Still have most of it left.
Did you complain about the bracelet?
