A swiss guy named Martin Schneider successfully hi-jacked my Precista trademark in those countried where it wasn't protected. He only needed to register it in one country in the EU to stop me registering it with an EU trademark. He produced a handful of cheaply made watches (but not cheap to buy) before being bought out. It is my understanding that his brand is no longer active.
