    eBay £1 seller fees

Does anyone know if the £1 fees should roll over if your item doesn't sell first time round ?

    Thanks in advance.

Not necessarily as it's classed as a relisting.

Just close the first listing down and copy and paste the details into a brand new listing - don't relist.

You don’t need to do that. When the listing has finished (or you have ended it) instead of clicking on “relist this item” you click on “sell similar” and you get a new listing identical to the one that has ended.

I had a 2% max listing fees offer that runs out tonight. Never had that one before, not as good as £1 for more expensive items but a lot better than 10%.

the T&C's for the 2% offer said that it can be a relisted item, but only for one selling period, i.e. if it doesn't sell and you relist it the reduced fee does not carry forward. That's how i read it anyway

Yes sorry, you are correct, I should have included that info.
Basically as per the £1 offer it is only for one listing per item (no duplicates or relists) and it must start during the offer period and after you have accepted the offer.

They'll invite you. It will either appear prominently on your homepage with an accept offer button, or it will be a message in your inbox (plus an email if you have your notifications set for emails), or both. If it's not in either of these you are out of luck this time I'm afraid.
