    The versatility of the Samurai

Stock bracelet with brushed-out shiny bits, Crafter Blue, Steveo Para and a selection of natos from George Straps....

Excellent. Not a fan of the para however all the other combinations look great. The crafterblue and nato are my favourite ones.

Thanks. I’m blown away by the Crafter Blue! Fit and quality are fantastic and I think it looks great.

I hope you are going to keep this watch!

Would look good on an Isofrane.

Certainly a versatile watch, I do like the overall design of case and lug shape,
The Crafter Blue does look good, Rubber does suit it and mine have always ended up on a Bonetto Cinturini 317 in one colour or another

I’ve had lots of Seiko’s and the only one I’ve held onto is that model of Samurai. There’s something about the squat shape, short angled lugs, dial and hands that I like. Also agree it looks great on a variety of straps

They look great on them all David.... especially the CrafterBlue (nice balancing act). I have the Pepsi Samurai and like the Steveo Landrover pull through on it

    Actually the strap is 20mm

    and on Crafter

    Great watch too

I found that the original bracelet added too much weight and finally settled on a traditional divers rubber strap.

Inspired by this thread - and with it being summer after all - I popped this on my Sammy today and I really like it! I think it cost £1 in a watchgecko sale a few months back so quite pleased!

I put mine on this for a change. Makes it a lot lighter than the bracelet and very comfortable

The 317 is an excellent strap and I’m sure it carries the Samurai really well.
