Great review, I've always liked his style. It's a pity he didn't dwell longer on the movement, if I was into this style of watch this would have been a big factor for me.

Thanks for the feed Eddie. Tim must have just posted this video because I was watching his review of the Smith's Navigator AGAIN, because it is that great of a watch and I am soooooooooooo looking forward to it. I really never looked at these pilot watches because they are just to large for my taste.

The video shows the PRS 44 in a very good light and you can see the quality when compared to the Laco, It looks far superior.
However this video has not helped as I have been trying to talk myself out of buying an original Laco BUHR and seeing your original has now tipped me back to ‘must have it’

I keep thinking of selling mine then I wind it up look at the dial then say no.

It’s an absolute pleasure winding it up pulling out the crown and watching the hands stop.

Short but awesome review (I skipped straight to the TF version)! I hope you make a baby version for those with smaller wrists

This watch, with only a limited number of 50 pieces made, with basically a rarish pocket watch movement, will never be remade for your dainty wrist, so move along now.

Really? I didn't know there were other movements which can fit a smaller case. Oh, wait. Those are Eddie's bestsellers!

Well, smart aleck, you can try again.
