I have a website which has an image absolutely fine for desktop but not right for mobile or tablets.

Which image? The site looks OK superficially on my Android phone and I don't see any images missing compared to a desktop browser.
Looks fine on iPhone, Chrome too.
Some repetition under Offices location BTW.
