Sending parcel to US

Need to return an item...whats the most cost effective way to send a parcel to the US (california)?

A quick look on websites like 'parcel2go' etc will sort you out

Edit to also suggest 'interparcel' too

In the past I’ve used Royal Mail international ,tracked ,insured,signed for .No problems.
