Rolex Sub 114060 or SCOC 14060M?

Might swap. My 2017 114060 for 14060M ND which he (unknown person) says is near mint. I’m not sure what year it is but are these older models around the same value or is that dependent on if it’s a 2 line 4 line age etc? Looking at prices they vary so much on the 14060M , why is that?
    Cheers,
    Chris.

Some could see this post as a stealth sale, but in answer to your question they are around the same price as your watch.

Be very careful if this person isn't known to you. Trading a fake for a genuine watch could be the name of the game here.

Your 114060 is worth more unless the 14060m you are buying is unpolished and tritiium
    Then you are about right.
My completely full set 14060 1992 watch sold on here at 6.1K a few months ago-it had had a polish but was in nice condition.
An unpolished one I would be thinking about 7K but that’s top end.

(That would be a result - it was a watch which finally made Del Boy a millionaire ...)

A trade with a bricks and mortar dealer or indeed someone on here who you trust is one thing, but imaging being left with a £25 Turkish holiday special.

In all honesty if it was good I’d still need to walk away with his and at least 2k so that I could pay off the Monaco that I got in April! So it seems like a no go really even if it was legit. Thanks for your help. :)
