Has anybody used them recently? I know there used to be some communication issues and you were never sure how long it would take for you watch to be delivered. Have these issues been sorted out now?
Also, has anybody had any modifications done by them when ordering a new watch? If so were you happy with the results?

Consensus on the dutch watch forum seems to be : if you order something that requires no modification (and communication about what you want) delivery is fast. If you want to communicate : that appears to be almost impossible...

Had a few mods done, at delivery and later I sent him a watch which he installed a new crystal on. Great work and service.
Comms can sometimes take a while indeed, one man show.

I just had an SKX007J delivered from Rob, ordered 29th May, delivered June 19th. I think he only ships once a week.
Not the fastest, but order progress through the website was ok. Pretty pleased overall and would use again. Rather irritatingly there was a speck of dust on the inner crystal overlying the 5 minute lume plot, which he ought to have seen before shipping, so the watch is back at Seiko UK HQ being sorted. Easier than sending it back to Holland. I paid bank transfer to avoid PayPal surcharge, and that worked ok.
