I've been in touch with them via c24 and they have replied, just seems a bit odd how they've got 3k+ listing but only 29 reviews. No address or phone number on c24 but a link to their website.
Don't know if I'm just being over cautious.

I see 49 reviews with average score of 4.9 out of 5 so they can't be that bad. And as above Vat / import charges will be extra.
