This is a beauty, not my normal thing but the simplicity is really nice.

I really like the blue-dialed Timer, but (at the risk of boring myself) I think the date at 3 ruins the dial's symmetry. Remove the date, add an applied number 3 and I'd be first in line :)

To me the date wheels look just a bit too close to the centre of the dials?

It does indeed, slightly small movement perhaps. I agree with gladders - remove the data and we have something rather special on our hands.

I was reading up on these new designs. it was interesting after all these years of insisting on a solid case back for the alarm to work, that they’ve moved the alarm bell to to front to allow for a see through case and a loud ring. The countdown timer function is pretty cool too. Great to see JLC innovating here. For my money though I’d rather have the legibility of the Polaris memovox.

A function of age, but every time JLC release a silver-dialled watch as with the top pic, I spend about 20 seconds wondering where the hands are.

As with many things in life, these watches looks so much better from behind

Not too sure about memovox written on the dial, apart from that they both look very good (just like the ones released last month), and quality and finish will be fantastic as usual
