It's a pretty damn fine, well rounded collection with various brands and styles. I'll mention one watch - the Speedy, very much an under-rated version, but I think it looks fab!

Really, just enjoy and don't be tempted by anything else that requires selling

Awesome collection as normal Martyn. I noticed you never commented on what’s next? And by your own wording here are only appearing to be 2 guaranteed keepers there!

    Any more additions thought of?

There are a few on the horizon some of the new JLC, IWC Portuguese, and at some point a SD pre-ceramic. But I am sworn to a 4 month abstinence.

Any watch can be chopped and changed except the 5146J and Air-King. But don’t plan to sell from now on.

Nicely done, Martyn. What's that strange yellow thing lurking under the Hulk's cyclops? Can't work it out...

I thinks it’s reflection of the paper role - which is off yellow. Nothing actually on/under the cyclops as such.

    Good spot!

Not my finest pictures I’m afraid.

Great collection and very varied. Wasn't expecting to see the Rangeman at the end! The VC almost looks the big brother to your dad's watch. Good to see some scratches on it, it must be getting a fair amount of use.

It's getting wrist time - it was the only watch with me for 6 weeks in Portugal earlier this year (seems like another lifetime) - great piece and very versatile with the 2 strap / 1 bracelet combo. Yeh - maybe I'm turning into my old man. I just hope I live a somewhat longer than he did...

Great stuff! Increasingly love the Root Beer. Initially dismissed it as being two-tone and, well, brown, but compared to it I think the Batman and Pepsi look almost a bit like toys.

really drawn to the Navi, looks lovely. Too big for me to carry it off, Zenith and Rootbeer are lovely too. Overall you've largely ticked every box. I could see an nice Lange & Sohne complication fitting in well

The Navi 806 re-issue is only 40.9mm (including the beaded bezel). Unlike it’s bigger siblings. I do need to look at L&G. Thanks for the hint!

Fabulous collection. The 5146 is the cream of the crop for me (& I think I’m right in remembering that there is a rather special story behind it, in terms of how it came into your collection).

I’m late to this one but great collection. I’ve been thinking about a speedmaster for a while and curious about the fit on the larger ceramics, look stunning in photos

the short lugs work well - I thing the width across lugs (across the watch) is about 49-50mm if that helps?

That is quite a collection Martyn, some big hitters there. I like the X-33 most but your Dark Side of the moon has some lovely details.

I look forward to see what arrives after your four month abstinence ends.
